The title events at Boku are large format art exhibit events with a capacity of up to 30 guests. 
We label them consecutively by number (eg: Boku xx) and they feature a guest chef who cater the complimentary portion of the event. 
Guests will dine at a communal table in the main dining room where the art is exhibited or in the kitchen at the chef's coutner.


FEATURED ARTIST

jingsi Li

Jingsi Li is an artist living and working in Philadelphia, PA. Jingsi graduated from the oldest art school in the US-Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts, which is the home of great American painters. Right after graduating from PAFA in 2017, Jingsi found a studio space in West Philadelphia to continue working on his painting. Jingsi is exploring the deeper structures of the nature, our society and universe. Jingsiā€™s inspirations come from different spaces, from the streetscapes to the cityscapes, from the living space to the outer space. With such broad version of the world, Jingsi could control both the eastern and western materials, to present the abstract elements, as well as the representational effects extremely well in painting. In 2017, Jingsi won The First Prize of the Fall Juried Show of Philadelphia/Tri State Artists Equity by painting No.4 Rhythm of Dimensions. With this award, Jingsi was honored a solo exhibition, which will be on exhibit at Main Line Unitarian Church, Devon PA in mid September.

the main dining room

The main dining room is a period room from the late 1800's with original fixtures, gold-gilded molding,and enormous mirrors. Guests will dine at a communal table amongst the art from that month's exhibit.

The Chef's Counter

The six-seat chef's counter is located in the kitchen and is our most exclusive offering.  The immersive experience allows you to watch the action unfold in front of you, as you dine in front of the chef.
